After reading this post, I’m sure that you will know how to make an E-Gold donation form/button to place on your website or blog to collect contributions from your donors.

The code below should generate a form that your donors can enter their amount to donate to you. Please insert the code in your website/blog.

You may need to create webpage to give thanks to your donors.
